For quite a bit of time now I have been working on an exciting project – two illustrated books. One, called ‘I Want a Dog’, the other ‘I Want a Cat’. These are short stories for school children, to help them learn how to write an argumentative essay. These books are going to be informative and a fun tool for teachers as well.

The books were written by Darcy Pattison from Mims House publishing house in the US. They are printed on request, so no problem if you would like to order them.

Two kids want to have pets, but they can’t decide which breeds to choose. So they look into different types, temperaments, qualities of animals and in the end they make they choice! Oh, I have learned a lot in here as well! Especially about cats.

I have illustrated these books in a little different style than usual but as usual, colourful and flat in perspective. The most important for me here was a play between images and words. Illustrations are not direct most of the time and I hope kids will find out all this bits which will leave smiles on their faces.
